Pendum to Provide Maintenance for 205 ATMs in California and Arizona
DENVER, Co. – April 4, 2008– Pendum, Inc., the nation’s largest independent provider of ATM maintenance and armored service, has announced an extension to the agreement with Downey Savings to provide first line and second line maintenance service for 205 Downey Savings ATMs in California and Arizona. Pendum has provided maintenance service for Downey Savings ATMs since 2003. Terms of the contract were not released.
