EFMARK Premium Armored Wins Contract to Service ATMs at More Than 4,000 Locations

WESTMONT, IL. June 14, 2005– EFMARK Premium Armored, the nation’s largest independent company focusing exclusively on servicing automated teller machines (ATMs), today announced an agreement with Fiserv EFT to provide maintenance and cash replenishment services for approximately 4,000 ATMs in 7-Eleven retail stores nationwide.

The multi-year deal marks the expansion of an existing relationship between EFMARK and Fiserv EFT, one of the industry’s largest providers of electronic funds transfer services.

Under the new agreement, EFMARK will provide a range of services, including first line maintenance and cash replenishment, to help Fiserv EFT maintain the uptime and profitability of their clients’ ATMs while efficiently managing cash resources.

The agreement with Fiserv EFT is a key affirmation of EFMARK Premium Armored’s strategy to provide a single source solution for both the maintenance and cash aspects of ATM services. The company devotes 100 percent of its resources to servicing ATMs, offering first and second line maintenance, armored cash transport, replenishment, and currency vaulting, as well as overall ATM program management. The consolidation of services creates cost efficiencies for customers like Fiserv EFT, and relieves the burden of managing multiple vendors.

“As Fiserv EFT continues to expand our ATM management services, we constantly look for ways to minimize our clients’ costs while keeping service at its peak,” said Michael Williams, Fiserv EFT vice president. “EFMARK’s proven expertise and consistent performance on both sides of the ATM equation make it the ideal company for the job.”

Fiserv EFT, a unit of Fiserv, Inc. (Nasdaq:FISV), provides ATM and debit services, and serves 3,000 client endpoints across the United States, representing financial institutions of all sizes. The business unit operates more than 16,500 ATMs, and owns the ACCEL/Exchange Network. Fiserv EFT currently processes approximately 385 million ATM and debit transactions per month, making it one of the largest electronic funds transfer (EFT) processors in the nation.

In addition to capitalizing on EFMARK’s full range of services, Fiserv EFT will benefit from unique technological advantages that enable EFMARK to interface in real-time with Fiserv EFT’s ATM and cash data. The result is faster responses to service calls, more precise maintenance solutions, and more accurate vault reporting.

“We pride ourselves on doing things right the first time, and our system integration capabilities are a key factor in making that happen for 7-Eleven,” said Mark Hoppe, EFMARK president and CEO.

EFMARK will assume the new contract over a period of four months. The company currently services approximately 1,000 ATMs in the Fiserv EFT network.
